Understanding of our product
All our products do not contain preservatives, cakes are best consumed within 3 days upon receival.
Do be well-informed that we do not have Halal certificate, however all our ingredient are sourced from Halal suppliers & manufacturer.
Picture shown are for illustration purpose. The actual color of the product may varies slightly from the photo, this could be happening due factors like differences in lighting conditions and display screen resolution on your device.
It is close to near impossible to replicate a cake 100% from from handmade. As different baker have different technique. There are no guarantee from us to provide NONE difference with the sample. Again, we will try to our best to match up. At times, we will make small scale of amendment with the consideration for structure stability nor aesthetics.
Non-customize cake
Non customize cake that is order from website are fixed per picture and no customizations are allowed. Sometime the side decorations will be replaced with something similar. We will make sure the hero decoration stays the same.
For any upgrades or amendment to the cakes purchased online, there will be additional charges, depending on the design.
Customize Cake
For customize cake, picture shown during discussion are strictly for illustration purpose only. We will work closely with you to create the customized cake design based on your preferences and requirements. However, please note that there might be slight variations in the final design due to the nature of the collaboration and handcrafted process.
Pricing will differed for customize cake as different request is needed, we will try our best to provide you price quotation.

If you have dropped us a message on Whatsapp, our team will do our best to get back to you, please allow a turn-around-time of minimum 8-12 hours to reply your queries.
Our replies on Whatsapp will be from 9.30am – 6.30pm
