The Cake Alchemy has the right to cancel and refund any order placed, with prior inform to the customer if the address is not under coverage.

We will ensure our cakes will be thoroughly checked and packed before they are delivered out and will be packaged at a highly protective condition.

Self Pick Up

Customer can self collection from our locations or select our delivery service.  If you are picking up your order from our outlets, please handle it with good care and to store it carefully in a flat surface with chill environment with aircond and far away from direct sunlight.

Our pickup time is as below:

Weekday: 9.30am – 6.30pm
Weekend: 10am – 12pm

Self Collection by third party

In the event if customer order 3rd party (Lalamove/Grab), only order vehicle, strictly no motorcycle. Our will not held any responsibility after passing the cake to the appointed runner.

Delivery Service

Our cakes will be delivered to receiver by professional runners who are trained to handle cake delivery. For delivery personnel appointed by us, the cake will be guarantee to be sent in perfect condition. Customer should inspect immediately and respond to the driver, if any defects are found. 

Please note we will try to achieve but we are unable to guarantee on the specific delivery time slot selected as it’s only a preferred guide time due to traffic condition, weather, and any unforeseen circumstances.

Customer must ensure that on the delivery date & time, delivery address, receiver availability and the receiver’s mobile number is reachable. The driver will contact the receiver upon arrival, and the driver might call for guidance if they are not able to locate the correct address provided.

In the absence of the receiver during the delivery, re-delivery can be arranged with additional charges.

We will not be responsible for any mistake or delay caused by the customer such as incomplete address, incorrect contact number, receiver ‘s contact number unreachable or any other incorrect details provided by the customer.
