The Cake Alchemy has the right to cancel or refund any order placed given notice for whatever unforeseen reason that it is deem to.

1. Cancellation or Delay

We get it, there will be turns of event. To cancel or amend your order, please notify us at least 48hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time.

Cancellation or delay request can only be made with at least 48hours in advance from the pickup/delivery via whatsapp 60126406312.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup or delivery time, we might have already started preparation.

As our company deal with food, hygiene is very important therefore all goods customer received are not returnable or refundable even if it’s not opened.

2. Damaged and Defect

We will ensure our cakes will be thoroughly checked and packed before they are delivered out and will be packaged at a highly protective condition.

When the cake is passed to the customer, the customer should inspect the cake immediately. Once the cake is handover, we will not held any responsibility.

If there’s any deflect found, please contact us upon receival.

3. Disinformation

Every information from cake details to delivery date and address need to be accurately provided by customers. We will provide a summary, customer are required to double check the summary.

If there is any error written, customers are responsible to point them out immediately. We will provide an updated summary.

Failing by doing so, The Cake Alchemy will not held any responsible, and therefore no refund shall be made.
